Wine Tasting in Chania, Crete

As traveling wine lovers we always make time to visit local wineries whenver we travel. In Chania, Crete we went out to the countryside to the Braoudakis Family winery. Not only did we enjoy delicious wines, we also had the chance to learn about the production of their wines and organic olive oils. We also toured the two-storey folklore museum that hosts traditional and historical exhibits, a Cottage Industry and two stores that sell home-grown and family-made products. We also purchased delicious olives, herbs and spices to bring home.
