I'm still on my "hitting my protein goals" era ... so here is a full week of eating in my life where I get more than 100G protein per day! Eating in a protein forward way is so amazing for your muscles, hair, skin, nails, energy levels and hormones and I know like a lot of people struggle with knowing how to actually get to 100G/day, so hopefully this video will give you some new recipe inspiration on how to do that!

I've been searching for videos that have high-protein recipes without protein power but most of them include protein power, which I don't have, to reach the protein goal. This video is my go-to recently for high-protein meals!!! Hope you can have more videos like this for people who don't have protein power like me:))) Thank you Carolina!!

Love the Caesar upgrade with squash! I forgot about the baked feta pasta but I remember loving it when it was trending a few years ago. congrats on the event - it looked magical. I've been yearning to try Sixteen Mill!!!

Hey carolina, i absolutely love your videos ❤ just wanted to comment on the matcha you made, it's best not to add cows milk to matcha as there is something in cows milk that doesn't go well with matcha. ❤

Thank u for your content. Just a question on your yogurt bowl recipes it states 24gm of yogurt is a cup but on my yogurt container it states 2/3 cup is 170 grams would u mind clarifying please… thanks
