I'm still on my "hitting my protein goals" era ... so here is a full week of eating in my life where I get more than 100G protein per day! Eating in a protein forward way is so amazing for your muscles, hair, skin, nails, energy levels and hormones and I know like a lot of people struggle with knowing how to actually get to 100G/day, so hopefully this video will give you some new recipe inspiration on how to do that!
