Middle-earth: Shadow of War is an upcoming action role-playing video game developed by Monolith Productions and published by Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment. It is the sequel to 2014's Middle-earth: Shadow of Mordor, and scheduled to be released worldwide on October 10, 2017 for Microsoft Windows, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.

Shadow of War continues the previous game's narrative, based on J. R. R. Tolkien's legendarium with events occurring between those of The Hobbit and The Lord of the Rings. Like its predecessor, the game also takes heavy inspiration from director Peter Jackson's The Hobbit and The Lord of the Rings film adaptations. The player continues the story of the ranger Talion who shares his body with the spirit of the elf lord Celebrimbor, as they use one of the Rings of Power to amass an army to fight against Sauron and his Nazgûl forces. The game builds upon the Nemesis system introduced in Shadow of Mordor, allowing Talion to gain Followers from several races of Middle-earth including Uruk-Hai and Olog-hai and plan out complex strategies using these to complete missions.

this game got way better 9 months after release. They fixed just about all issues critics had with the game at launch.

Good tips. I just started today, and only used mirian to unlock gem slots. The best part of the game so far is when you think you're about to take out one tough captain and then another tougher captain shows up - and possibly another one on top of that. The first time I died, an orc named "Dush" killed me, and then the douche starts running his mouth.

I always watch tip videos before I start a new game, and I must say, this was one of the best. This video was very well thought out. The tips are all very helpful and insightful, whereas most tip videos have some "tips" that are obvious like "don't forget to save!" Or something about combat that the game already tells you how to do.

Thank you for the quality content. I don't get much time to game anymore, so stuff like this that helps me make the most of my games really means a lot to me. I hope you keep growing. You deserve to be able to continue doing this for a living.

The best tip i can think of....poison the grog then take up a vantage point, then smoke the rest of your weed. The orcs, trolls, n captains will do the rest.

This game is a masterpiece. I have hundreds of hours into it. Been lvl 80 for ever. Talion is rediculously powerful. It is a blast

While beginning I fought this terrifying looking orc and I was scared to get close to him. I got his health down and I wanted to try out that fire move with the bow and arrow. He burned to death.
Later on I decided to hunt down an orc outside the city walls but guess who was waiting for me. The same ORC! Half of his body was scorched! Sad thing is he was surprisingly weaker than he was and I was able to kill him easily. But I was so shocked how intelligent this game was. Currently I keep getting found by an orc that won’t stop cheating death.

oh that game is one of my favorites, I played the last title: shadow of mordor, and I enjoyed it A LOT!
I have spent over 50 hours playing it and it was just so immersive, it had a unique characteristic, some times you find yourself the one who knocks, and other times you are surrounded by 30 orcs including archers and you get crushed but you some how manages to save your life and escape this horrible situation, you will do missions in the land of the evil using stealth and deceit, but if you got caught, then you will be in your own, oh that game brings me a hell lots of memories

As a beginner doing the brutality mode I can say I think i have already experienced the best of the nemesis system, even though I haven't beaten my first fortress. I've gotten alot of ugly spear guys being promoted to captain since I started.

First time I played SoW, very early on, I got an undying orc. An excellent rival. After he came back the 3rd time, I was actually pissed and made it my mission to kill him once and for all. I finally killed him after relentlessly hunting him over and over. I couldn't even tell you how many times he came back. I remember that when he died I exploited something, that caused him to explode.

It's fucking weird. As soon as I learned the significance of the undying trait, I felt really bad about killing him. I never found another undying orc either.

I 100% the game in 92 hours, about 3.5 days, proud of that achievement lol

First tip above all, before you start...change sensitivity to something you're comfortable with.

Then change your analog dead zone (less bar is quicker reaction) is makes it so your character doesnt feel heavy, kind of like assassins creed heavy.
