I know it happened to me too but the thing is to save frequently during playing and if you start your game and It says error then make a copy of your household then play on the copy :)

you can change the aging rate in the settings if you don't already know.

Actually that can entirely depend on your computer. I'm sure their "version" has bugs too. Though I don't see why they would keep a better bugless version to themselves in the first place.

The funny thing is Sims 3 university is coming out just as I'll be graduating from high school. So I've always thought of it as a little graduation gift. I've also pre-ordered it, my first pre-ordered game! I can't wait to start playing it!

If you have custom content from the exchange, they can cause bugs and glitches with game play. I had the same problem with my game. I went through my custom content and kept the bare minimum I wanted and now I have no problems at all. If nothing works you might have just rid if the exchange custom content completely or to re install all your sims games. But that's a last resort.

If I had university and wanted to be in a social group I would want to be in the Comunications major because it would be interesting to see how my Sim and other Sims work together.

I've pre-ordered the Limited Edition Island Paradise and I paid £2 extra for it to come the day it is released!!:D

My game starts doing that after a while, but that's why I save it every five minutes or whenever something significant happens in the game. I had to get rid of a few of my expansion packs, but the game has showed the error less by now. Have you tried uninstalling the game and then reinstalling it?

Island Paradise probably will include cruise ships, and World Adventures was completely European travel themed.

I wonder if you have to have showtime to have the picture booth, in the student union thingy. or if you have to have late night to be invited to peoples parties????

I hope they use the Island Paradise expansion as an opportunity to bring back the Oceanography career :o. Maybe as a profession since there will be underwater life to encounter? Or even add aquariums :o
