Some of the newer games simply won't work with anything less that dx12 in which case your stuffed unfortunately.

Solution for Epic launcher- Open three dots on game from library> manage> enable launch options and type in " -dx11 or -dx10" so on> Play!

Solved, bought video card with dx12 support for my old laptop and eGPU v8.5.c and this annoying error gone from all games at once. 😂

The error shows something isn't ok with your GPU. You need to support 12 features.
