We forgot it and we had a factory reset it and we couldn't because we had to put in the password and now we can finally do it you're a real guy man

My phone is the 2018 model apparently the battery doesn’t come out this easily. Within the last day or so it just started asking for a pin or facial recognition which I didn’t set up! Not sure how this happened…

With the new J7 Crown you can't remove the battery... my concern is that the phone wouldn't accept the password before we had time to activate the phone service so I'm worried that it might remove the service and minutes package the phone was pre-programmed with. It doesn't require a plan activation number... it's a pre=paid phone so I'm not sure what will happen if I take it back to factory settings. Can you help?
