Why are those batteries both ends flat? I have 18650s too and they have the tips like normal ones

No need to do that 3d print, just use rubber bands in each ends.

Hi. Nice work but is it okay without any current limiter? I believe the current draw is greater than 3x aaa which will make it brighter n will destroy the led.

Sorry to burst your Bubble dude. It took me a split to solve that gap issue. You know those rubber seals That you replace on garden hoses. Just use one of those rubbers and slide that around the battery and then put the battery inside the case problem soft.
