The Most Deadly Hidden Area in Mario 64

Here is the most deadly area in Super Mario 64 on the Nintendo 64. And no it's not any of the bowser stages, rainbow ride, tik tok clock or the lava levels. It's actually an area right in Peaches Castle on top of the castle.

I forgot all about that. after I got the 120 Stars and shut myself up there I went to the very edge and walk all around it. thinking that I would run into a glitch but instead I died LOL

You can also get out of bounds in Snowman's land. If you go to the edge of the corridor where those triangles push you off, there's a tiny gap in the floor that Mario can push or bonk against like an invisible wall. If Mario jumps onto that spot while a triangle is covering it up, he'll be out of bounds and die after the triangle disappears.

pretty much Mario in sm64 can't exist anywhere there isn't a floor below him, so the game kills Mario as a failsafe.
