I noticed on your 747 landings the spoilers did not deploy as soon as it touched down and they never deployed at all.
That is why you had trouble getting it to settle down the first time and why it was all over the place in the second landing.
Your decision to abort the first landing was wise. Your A380 landing was perfect, it's spoilers deployed right on landing. Remember the spoilers help to plant the tires into the runway by upsetting the wings lift, giving down force and providing drag to slow down.

Pilot here - Great video! For a sim pilot or enthusiast, you've definitely got the right idea! The second 747 landing was pretty close. If you're interested in perfecting a landing like this, my suggestion is two things: Always fly with the wind. I noticed you're allowing the wind to move the aircraft in line with the runway, and then when the wind pushes the aircraft in line with the runway, you're letting off the rudder until the aircraft starts drifting offline again, then you're adjusting again with the rudder until it's corrected. This actually makes you work harder than you need to. You want your rudder inputs to be nice and steady, just like driving a car without cruise control. This will increase stability and help your airspeed and lift, as air is traveling in relatively the same direction over the aircraft. A sudden rapid increase in the angle of the tail due to a rudder input, specifically when you're close to the runway, can increase drag and a number of things can happen when that happens. The second suggestion I have is that you need a slightly more aggressive flare on touchdown and a stronger rudder input just before touch down so the aircraft is parallel to the runway on touchdown. This is why the aircraft veered off of the runway. You will have more control over the direction of the nose with a more aggressive flare because the front wheels wont be making contact right at touchdown. This moves the center of gravity towards the rear of the aircraft and allows you to make adjustments for a second or two longer after touchdown.
Pretty solid though! The first attempt was the best in my opinion. Just have the reduce the angle of decent on touchdown and hold the flare for a split second longer and that would have been almost perfect!
