Thanks, great review! The only problem is that your need to pay every month if you want to add a home. My mother and mother-in-law are older and we would like to have a Minut in those homes too but then we need 3 subscriptions, that's a little crazy... and VERY EXPENSIVE!!!

Do you need wifi to operate or can this work on data my property is a treehouse have no wifi but data is good in the area

This seems like a cool concept but I can see it having some issues in rental properties. Suppose the tenant has their own WiFi, you would have to set it up each time a new tenant arrives. What if they’re resetting the router constantly? Could that potentially cause issues with this device, perhaps disconnect the devices? That would need to be fixed in-person by the landlord/landlady. It just seems like a lot of hassle and potential things that could go wrong.

i just bought one and tried to set it up. from the b linking. white. light and when it says to push down on it it. will not. turn purple!! anyone else have this problem
