Watching this on my Samsung Galaxy A71 and I can't complain as this is the longest lasting phone that I've ever had and I'vehad several over the years. I bought my phone in June of 2020 and it still works great! No issues at all even with heavy usage as I use my phone a lot everyday. So far this is one of the best phones ever. At least by Samsung that is.

You mention lack of software updates? I had this phone since its release on the same year. I got my final OS upgrade and got 2 security updates after that. This phone has additional 2 more years of security updates. Its so good my wife bought herself a A73 because its of the 3 year OS upgrade and 5 year security updates. This phone is no doubt still good in year 2023. Im a type of person who keeps a phone for a few years and prefer it be updates like laptops and pc. Samsungs idea giving its phones and tablet few years of OS upgrade and security updates was the best idea hence why I bought this phone. Never had any issues until now.

I have this phone for 3 years now, and let me tell you, it is still amazing and working without issues. Even the battery. If you want a nice durable and reliable phone that will be for a long time by your side - this is the one.
Only minor issue is that the quality of the camera dropped, but this happens with all phones after awhile.

Had this phone for 2 years now the Verizon variant, and I can say this phone is still awesome! Have all the latest updates on it, battery is still amazing, and I think this is still worth it in 2023. I use it as a backup whenever I'm not using my Galaxy s22 Ultra!

I've had mine since June 2020 and just got another software update today, but definitely dont play games, I just use it to run my business.

I have this phone and it is amazing. I didn't buy it right away. I got in on sale a year after it came out. But the value is great. I can play alot of mobile games on it. The screen is big. I'll probably ride my phone out until there's no more security updates.

The battery is good and the performance is All right. The camera isn't amazing but it's pretty decent for most people. I actually take quite a few pictures now because of how good the camera is.

Also the fast charging is really good. 50% in 30 minutes.

I'm not too worried about software updates. I'll probably get a new phone once the security updates run out and that will have a new version of android. I'd be fine with this version for the next 2 years if needed.

I have the dark blue version. I really like how it looks.

bought one yesterday with a crack on the screen that you cant even notice($75) just for installing a few games. surprised by the quality, definately still good for 2023

i bought this phone march 2021 and I'm still using it until now.. it's a great tbh compared to my old phone which was iphone 6 plus lol no hate to apple user but i couldn't stan apple software ..and i changed to this samsung..it's really good !! the battery can stay 1 day without charging it many times and great quality camera for mid range phone..

for the cons is, I'm really annoyed how slow the fingerprints is especially when my hand is sweaty or i was washing my hand and its kinda slow to open my phone but other than that its actually good to have this phone if you're someone who doesn't care abt camera quality and social media much, just scrolling through whatever you want without wanting to look so trending :))

Watching this on my A71. But I've been encountering charging issues due to water damage, it is causing me issue twice now. But not bad for more than 3 years of use! Still works well ❤

The A71 has been a boring phone, which is a good thing. I haven't had any weird bugs or issues with it whatsoever. By the way, Samsung gave the phone 3 years of support, with Android 13 being the last update, and security updates until the end of this year. I'm not sure what you mean by "they could do better." Clearly, you don't use the phone, but rather just review phones for profit or views. I'm happy with it.

I bought My A71 Last week of October 2019 and yet my phone still kicking up to now 2024. i am amazed A70 Series! i want to upgrade to A73 5g but the problem is Out of stocks! 😢😢

I currently use Oppo A9 2020, planning to change new phone and considering A71 as 1st choice since it have 4k camera, other new 2023 phone don't have 4k. (main purpose for vlogging maybe, I don't have action camera...lol)
