Can you please explain per flow and per packet, the two types of load balancing as well.

In one line you managed to explain how ECMP is applied to IGP. The Cisco docs online mention ECMP but it looked like another protocol (at least to this noob). Also good to know that ECMP doesn't round robin traffic. Is this per flow behaviour configurable?
