Love your recipes and always look at to your recipes. In case no one has already said it, there are two kinds of peaches. Freestone where the pit comes from and cling where it doesn't. I always try to buy freestone for obvious reasons but stores never know what type they are selling.

Can’t wait to make one. I like that you score peaches before blanching. I can them and this will make it so much easier to slice.
