Sir, I like your video explaining section 21 and 21A of C.P.C. it really help me out in understanding the sections.
Sir, but I have a different opinion about Sec. 21 A. I think that the section do not speaks about two suits... but it bars such suit which is instituted for challenging a decree on the ground of its jurisdiction... I think it is not about the use of one decree in another case .. I based my opinion on the very starting words of the section which read as ….'NO SUIT SHALL LIE '
