Guide on how to get 2 saitamas in 1 2v2 match:

Go to your private server and equip gojo(ur friend does the same)
Join ranked
You'll both have saitama DOESN'T always work but times to times
When you die you switch character randomly both you and friend so yes like if this is useful

More clearly about "change characters part"
You both start with saitama BUT WHEN you die you change characters to any random ones (idk if it works but i saw someone change characters to suryio even tho he said he didn't have gamepass)
