TAS: City Escape (Hero Story) in 1:06.50

This is a tool assisted speedrun of City Escape under Hero Story restrictions (i.e. no upgrades), completed with an in-game time of 1:06.50.

Played on Dolphin version 3.0-735 using the NTSC-U version of Sonic Adventure 2 Battle.

This is exactly 1 second faster than the Hero Story TAS that Sonicpacker and I started 2 years ago!! Most of the time save came from the boarding section, and the "terrible camera section" after the ramp trick. Those 20k rerecords didn't come from no where though, every other section of the level is highly optimized as well.
