One thing i dont like about thor ragnarok or i guess the effect of thor ragnaroks success is that marvel seems to think every marvel movie needs to be a comedy now which is great sometimes but i miss the early movies that took themselves more seriously

I Haven’t finished watching yet but the fact that they forgot about the Hawkeye series is really funny to me given that Hawkeye is always the most forgotten 😂😂

As a marvel fan the tv section hurt but as a theorist it was AMAZING I absolutely love the constructive criticism. Every point that was made was backed by some form of reasoning.

I feel like we can all agree, Winter Soldier in S is truly the best MCU movie. It's a spy thriller and to this day, Bucky catching the Shield on the roof and throwing it back with enough force to push Steve back is one of the coldest scenes.

The problem with mcu tv shows are that the ending is always rushed and the genre of the show keep changing. For me my favourite is moon knight due to the acting and it really connect me

I love seeing that Captain America trilogy as high as it is here, as I personally think it is the best trilogy of the MCU! Although I'd rank the first two Avengers higher than where they are, I respect your thoughts and love seeing your arguments for why they are where they are. Looking forward to part 2!

I really enjoyed the Hawkeye series! I feel like a lot of people missed out on that one because coming out of the other movies, he isn't really the most interesting of characters (which they take a jab at and acknowledge in the show). But I think, like Tony Stark in Iron Man 3, I really enjoy how the TV show explores the more human side of Hawkeye and how he's dealing with the aftermath of Endgame, Natasha's sacrifice and the superficial glamorization of superheroes by the media. Hawkeye definitely rose in my own personal list of favourite marvel characters after finishing the series...but most importantly, it's set at Christmas time! so it totally counts as a Christmas movie/series!! haha

Aside from the problems i have w AOU, I really loved Ultron’s characterization. Different from the comics but I personally feel he was way more intriguing in AOU; they really wasted him as a character. I hope they bring him back somehow

Bruh the TV Show rundown was so on point. Basically every opinion I has plus fun ideas on how to fix it. Wandavision in particular really hurt as it fumbled the entire thing at the end.

So, I do agree with a lot of the marvle show takes, and I understand where you are coming from about Moon Knight. I will say though, that show in particular is meant to showcase Dissociative Identity Disorder (D.I.D.) formerly known as multiple personality disorder. The choice of the black outs stopping after episode 1 is because Mark and Steven no longer have an amnesiac barrier preventing each other from seeing what is going on when they are not fronting. They don't do a great job as a superhero movie, but as someone who is close friends with Systems, They loved this show for how it portrayed D.I.D. and loved how progressively the relationship between the two alters got closer, and how they told that story in the camera work and costume design.

I don't know why, but I struggle with Age of Ultron so far down. I personally really enjoyed it. Sure I wish they kept Pietro around but it introduced Wanda (one of my favorite tragic heroes) and Vision and also set up one of the longest and hard-hitting "real world" conflicts of the entire series - i.e. the Sokovian Accords. Sure they "wasted" Ultron but honestly, could you imagine a potential return? That he's been in hiding and then comes back? Especially with Tony retiring and so our current heroes don't have him to rely on. His code could be scattered, waiting for a return. Ultron was smart, he would have backed his conscious up somewhere.
