It is a beautiful apartment. However, the rooftop gym is as small as my personal home gym. Also, when are we gonna keep up with the time and stop putting in those 19th century light receptacles for the bulb. FYI. That would be the first thing I yank out and throw in the trash if i were to buy that apartment.
The galley type kitchen seems adequate for the size, especially for someone who is used to small space. You could have installed backslash to make the kitchen look less basic.

Looking to move down to Jamaica. The apartments are cute for a minimalist . I am not a fan of the powder room right off of the kitchen. The closet space is cool. I don’t know if my husband stuff will be able to fit. I have so much stuff. lol makes you realize moving will mean letting go of a lot of things for such a smaller apartment living. Love the video.

I like it, the only issue I have is the window by the kitchen faucet, overlooking the stairs where there would be traffic at any given time.

Bathroom layout in the second apt is wrong... that broken tile will not work for me... the swing of the doors need to be changed... the kitchen spacing cannot be to code... counter tops don't complement the tiles... outside plugs needs to be weather proof... just to name a few... but the view is pretty good from the roof...

I suggest that when persons are moving into built homes like these, that a inspection is done. Have a defects list made quickly from a professional and submitted to the builder, so they can resolve the issues before the designated time...
