In today’s video we are going to talk about the easiest and fastest way to pass your salesforce admin exam even if you never used Salesforce before.

One of the best ways to boost your CV as a Salesforce business analyst is to get at least one salesforce certification. and the most basic salesforce certification is the Salesforce admin Certification. The exam is pretty complex and tricky and to be honest I don’t even think it actually tests your ability to use salesforce. You can have years of experience as salesforce admin and still fail the exam. But that’s just my opinion. I believe it is more of an IQ test than an actual exam.
So don’t be discouraged if you failed the exam in the past. I will be showing you in this video a simple method that will allow you to pass your exam on the first try.
You see, there is a structure that any IT exam follows and you just must understand how the exam is structured to know exactly how to study for it. Here is how the salesforce admin exam is structured.
The exam has a total of 65 questions. But you will only be scored on 60 of them. Pretty much 5 of them are bonus questions. you get a 100% score if you get at least 60 answers correct.
The duration of the exam is 1hour 45 minutes. and you are required to have a score of at least 65% to pass the exam.
The exam is composed of multiple choices questions and they cover the following sections:
1. Organizational Setup: 3%
2. User Setup: 7%
3. Security and Access: 13%
4. Standard and Custom Objects: 14%
5. Sales and Marketing Applications: 14%
6. Service and Support Applications: 13%
7. Activity Management and Collaboration: 3%
8. Data Management: 10%
9. Analytics—Reports and Dashboards: 10%
10. Workflow/Process Automation: 8%
11. Desktop and Mobile Administration: 3%
12. AppExchange: 2%
