This is the bathroom shower noise from Gillian's apartment in the classic Hideo Kojima graphic adventure game Snatcher. The sample is from the Sega CD version of the title. I thought about deepening the sound a little, but decided against it and left it 100% untouched because it has this lovely weird crunchy sound in the high-end that I rather quite like.

I highly recommend playing this game.

The sound may not be the best for getting to sleep, but it is excellent at covering up other noises and at creating a weird retro-gaming atmosphere.

Out of the entire Snatcher ost, this is the one part I never thought would be uploaded, much less a 12 hour loop. Congrats for shattering my expectations 👏

Heavy rain around a rain forest cabin. There is greenery all around your lodging, rain falls all around. It is about mid day and you're cooking up a ripper lunch under a barbeque shelter.
