Just to let everyone know about #2 - The one with the two people in the middle of the pine forest, in the snow, on the rough path - that sound is from what is called a pipeline pig. The "PIG" is a monitoring and investigation device that is sent down large pipelines to test and check for pipe conditions. It is sent under pressure and it fits rather tightly within the pipe. The cavitation from the pig's movement reverberates through the pipeline and can be heard kilometers away, sometimes from points far from the pig itself, often where the pipeline comes to the surface. This is especially true for long distance or remote pipe runs where the pig operates somewhat autonomously. This is exactly the sound it makes and as you can hear it is very distinct, like rolling a metal ball down a steel tube, just much much larger. I saw and heard this done near my home as a kid and never forgot the sound it made.

Sound number 3 is a Karman Vortex Street—it’s a sound that occurs from higher altitude wind vortices that cause harmonic vibrations, and they can range from infrasound to human tonal.

One night I was at our family's cabin with my dad and his dog. Pretty deep woods around the area, and very heavy tree coverage, so it gets DARK at night. We heard a consistent, rhythmic knocking noise coming from somewhere across the road, sounded like somebody smacking a fallen branch into a tree or something. That was creepy enough, but maybe an hour or two later that night after the knocking had stopped, Maggie (the dog) was fixated on something across the road. We couldn't see anything, nor did we hear anything approaching through the woods. We shined flashlights that direction and my dad called out with no response. Maggie was sort of growling at first, but went on to just stare at whatever she saw for I don't even know how long - somehow the staring just made the whole situation even more uncomfortable. We've had small animals pass by our place plenty of times before, and you can always hear the rustling of leaves at the very least. I have no idea what could've made that knock aside from another person, but I can't imagine somebody would've been walking out there and got that close to us through the woods without making a sound. That was one of the most uneasy nights of my life lol

#3 sounds like bending metal, I live near a place that makes containers for generators and have heard that kind of sound a lot, but never that long.

My brother and I were out in the woods, one time probably a little after 11:30pm you know just to hang out and start a little camp fire. When we heard this very loud sound that kinda sounded like a cross between a child laughing and a woman screaming, that was so loud it could legally be heard not in just one place but all around us. So we did what most people would have done and got the heck out of there because we weren't going to stay to find out what it was. And to this day, even though I still go into those woods and haven't heard that sound ever since I still can't figure out what it must have been.

Number 5 is a blue heron, It is a bird that makes a blood curdling screaming noise.

Number five sounded like a barn owl followed by a pissed off wild boar telling it to shut the hell up.

I've heard number 3 at 2:51 except it was slightly more a thinner metallic type sound like that of small metal coils heating up

Yes #2 is definitely a plane and the highway near by. #1 is an animal like elk or moose making a warning sound or mating

Number two and one were understandable noises. 1. A bobcat heard it a lot in my back yard. 2. Air plain and highway all the way...

I've been in the forest many times and never heard anything like this. However people can post things like this on YouTube and use audio mixing😊

The first one, number 5 is almost certainly a panther/cougar/puma/mountain lion considering all are the same animal. We have a black panther that roams our woods occasionally through the year and the first time I heard it I made a 5 minute walk uphill from the creek in pitch black in about 30 seconds from sheer adrenaline stemming from terror since I didn’t know they made that sound till my mom told me when I got back to the porch “what did you hear that panther and freak out”

Number 3 was air being passed through Flexible Plastic Tubing, someone was trying to make some sort of music

Number 3 sounds like the huge gates we have on our cattle ranch in our working pens, the gates aren’t oiled and make that sound because of metal on metal, but that sounded more distorted but super extended than our gates, don’t know what it could be

Number 2 was recorded near an airport. You hear the planes flying, and the whining sound is the engine of one winding down.
