Welcome to our video on how to gamify self-defense training for women and kids! In this chapter, you'll meet Ava, a new student who has just started her journey in self-defense. Ava is practicing a beginner's Pressure Testing Game. This game helps her build confidence and learn important skills in a fun way. She has been training with Grand Master Greg Fraser at Jing Shen Kuoshu for only five classes.

Grand Master Greg Fraser believes that learning should be enjoyable and effective. The Pressure Testing Game is designed to challenge students while keeping them engaged. By turning practice into a game, students like Ava can improve their techniques quickly. Watch as Ava demonstrates what she has learned so far, and see how you or your kids can benefit from the same training approach. Join us at Jing Shen Kuoshu and start your own exciting self-defense journey today!

As a reminder. This video is demonstrating skills used for beginners of Self Defense. The purpose of this drill is to learn principles of disengagement. This is not for Combat Sports or Street Fighting where people choose to engage in mutual combat. This is for someone avoiding a fight, preventing being abducted or assaulted. So please don't say this doesn't work in a fight.... This is not a Fight training video, it's an escape, avoid and get away training. Very Different. Do you know the difference between Self Defense (Survival) and Street Fighting (Injury, Jail, and juvenile). Leave comments. 👊
