I have the same problem. It's the posts in the charger can't make good contact with the contacts on the earbuds. That's why the light in the case flickers.

I'm confused why this product is always problematic and not guaranteed as if they leave consumers with their own problems, and what's more problematic is the lack of reviews and problem solving

the same as mine can't charge and the battery of the earbuds is always 10% and can't connect to my cellphone.
