KZ S1 problem

I repair my brother ZS1D and I made a video showing part of the process. The video is in spanish but have CC in english (automatic translation but I'm working on a understandable translation).
Basically the problem was the battery, it reaches a level below the minimum required to charge then i use a soldering station to take apart it and I charged it with an switching DC power supply and it works.

I had the same problem, there will be the hearing aid with a razor change the battery since it did not receive a charge I had some old haylou and they came back to life it is something complicated without a little knowledge.

this problem occured to my KZ S2, the left buds can’t charge continuously and it always showing blue LED indicator as soon as I put the buds on it but everytime I pull out the buds, the battery percentage is low and sound message like “Low Battery” always repeating until it dies. I have no clue why but I think it seems all because of factory defect. So I replace the left one, got no warranty since they didn’t accept any of hardware problem after 90 days of purchase and now work just fine. they sell it for $10 for each bud, $20 in total for a pair. The interesting part of these are : they only sell the L Buds in official store on my local e-commerce, this mean that they probably known this problem and give us a solution by selling that part. this might be the last time I gave my money to KZ, but IDK if I’d like to change my mind

Hi guys, I had this problem too. I tried wiping the metallic parts that connects the buds to charge it to the case using soft tissue paper, and it solved it! My right bud is now working back to normal.

Dude mines on the left side too when i put it in the charging port its still blinks but when i take it off It won't turn on like its finger sensor is broken how to fix this??
