Fun Fact: Desert Goggles are also good for the Moon Storm event! Although you wont see Wagstaff you can still walk around the Storm at normal speed but with more Durability!

There's something about the way you trigger the boss that I love so much, mf feels like a king making you bring him trinkets and rocks or instead it destroys your base

Honestly a more resource efficient way would be to go for a marble suit and tanking

Believe it or not 1 marble suit alone + fresh hambat is more than enough to deal with antlion (along with some healing of course, but you don't need a ton of it), the marble suit does such a good job that it might not even break and you can just leave it where antlion spawns for another fight the next summer

Or just don't do any of that. Because Antlion is immobile, it's really easy to drop 40 or so gunpowder at it's feet, and just blow it up. Use 40 to kill it instantly, or use like 35-39 to just reduce it to a bit of health if you want the loot.

For those that want an armor peice instead of desert goggles that provide no protection. I think the bright shade helmet does the same thing except it’s an amor.

I think you can use funnel on him a few times while he's frozen and then attack so he gets oneshoted(idk if it works but i heard it does)

I just now realized Antlion is like Shipwrecked's volcanoe, except if you get tired of him bossing you into giving treats you can just take him out back and spank him until he understands *you're* the boss this summer.
