3 Ways to Show and Hide Formulas in Excel

Показать описание
When you put a formula into a cell in Excel, it disappears and gets replaced by the result of the function after you click enter. And that’s perfectly fine. But there are times when you want to check the formula to know if it’s correct or to conduct audit.
If you want to review a formula of one cell, you can just simply click the cell and the formula appears at the formula bar. You can also double click the cell or click f2 and the formula appears in that cell. But this is not applicable if you have to check the formula of several cells. No problem. Excel has built-in tools that you can use to display them simultaneously. This video presents the ways to show and hide formulas.
1. Through the Excel command Show Formulas in the Formula Auditing group under the Formulas tab.
2. Keyboard shortcut ALT-M-H.
3. Keyboard shortcut CTRL + Grave Accent.
