Lawyers will be the first occupation to be replaced by AI because they charge hundreds of dollars an hour for “copying and pasting documents”, according to DoNotPay CEO and founder Joshua Browder.

“Those that charge a lot of money for doing very little like some lawyers – have to worry about being replaced,” Mr Browder told Sky News Australia host Piers Morgan.

We need to focus on successfully transitioning people who have lost or may soon lose jobs to artificial intelligence to other jobs that pay the people at least approximately the same as the jobs that they originally had.

Capitalism always seeks efficiencies and for companies, organisations, institutions the biggest cost is the through time will surpass human abilities at almost everything...Kurtzweil says AGI by 2029 even...and the median prediction of the ASI Singularity is 2040...the future is very bleak for the masses around the entire world...

When does Joshua expect his AI to become self aware?
