Hey, personally I am agnostic but I would like to make a point. I think you misunderstand the argument itself. The argument is not an attempt to debunk theism but rather an objection to the argument of "How did the universe come to existence".

Nice you misunderstood the argument. The point is to point out the special pleading fallacy. You say everything has cause EXCEPT for God. You create a rule and then exclude your preferred God without evidence.

Can you demonstrate this "uncaused cause"? Hindus can make the exact argument for their gods. Brahma is the uncaused cause, and since hinduism predates christianity, the christian god is not the first cause. Check mate christians.

The question of the cause of God is only the answer to the fact that theists always assume that the universe had a beginning, which is simply not the scientific opinion. The "Big Bang" is NOT the beginning of the universe. This is only (false, short) claimed by popular science, the findings behind it are much more complicated. The "Big Bang" is an event close to what is considered or defined as the zero point in time. But since we don't even know whether time exists in the way we imagine it, this may also be misleading. According to the definition, the universe is everything that exists, so there is nothing outside of it, neither spatially nor temporally, nor is there a cause. The definitions of God and the universe are therefore incompatible.

here's the actual biggest objection against theism, I am not the one requiring the burden of proof, you are making the claim about reality, you need to prove it, also no, my book says so is not a valid response, neither is science cannot prove god, our god is required for philosophy, I do agree that who created god is a fundamentally flawed argument, but using it to say it's one of atheists main points is a strawman, but the main point is the burden of proof is on you, you think you are exempt? the same arguments can be used to justify any god, also you don't just get to define your way out of this, observe,
the flying spaghetti monster exists, no it doesn't, by definition the spaghetti monster must exist, do you not see how this is a non-answer to the requirement of the burden of proof from the null hypothesis, and no real atheist says there is no god, we say that you have no fulfilled your burden of proof. (delete this comment I dare you)

Just because science doesn't prove someone's bs yet, automatically doesn't prove that his bs is valid

If atheists ask you where does God come from. Then they have to ask theirself where does the Big Bang come from and the Singularity. That does make perfect sense though.

god is infinite, god wouldn't be all powerful if he was made, now would he?
