Great chords with just the root the 3rd and the 7th.
If you’re comping for a soloist, any more than that and you might force them to play notes they’d prefer not to.

Nice sound! But is it right to emphasize the first and third beat? I thought it's more popular to emphasize on 2 and 4 in jazz

Question from a non-guitarist- how do people just not play some of the strings when it looks like you’re completely strumming? Are you using like different fingernails on each string and just not touching the other ones?
