It is warm because the geoengineers are diverting the warm air up from the gulf of mexico straight into the basin region so it can be cloud seeded and further warmed via ionospheric heaters to produce the massive and endless deluges that are a cancer upon the basin region. They do this because they are paid to by our (and the USA), federal governement. They want as much rain as possible in the basin region, which has been deemed a worldwide security issue due to the abundance of freshwater.
