I have two. A hard back with red page edges and a leather bound with red under gold. Favorite new testament form factor the text is great to read. My leather bound is due for a rebind but the text block is perfect

That's a beauty! By the way, have you seen my review of my Collins RSV? The cover is amazing. And if you ever want to let this one go, let me know!! And that's likely 1958. OT didn't come out until 1952.

nice review, again... interesting edition... normally, single column bibles are not my "cup of tea"... but for this perticular edition i would definitely make an exception, for the way they did it back then, it is so much better, compared to how they are making them today... i'm not sure what they did differently, but the whole text and footnotes are just done right for a single-column bible... i have a hardback of the first release from 1946 and it is the same as this one, except it does not have the Psalms... :)
