This bank crisis is so far from being over. Anyone who has been around for longer than 12 years, knows a credit crisis isn't over in two weeks. Makes me laugh seeing folks thinking this was all over so quickly. We are seeing a credit contraction that is gonna lead to a major contraction.

I took a stroll through home Depot and everything prices are 30 to 100% higher....hardware, paint, caulkings, adhesives, garden tools....all prices shocked me. I'm not doing any major projects until prices come down ..if ever. I purchased-checked out with one item for the farm...tax exempt and used a 10% off coupon.... but i still paid $40. for a $30. tool in 2020....would have been $50. had I not thrown everything i had to get the price down. Basically that $30. tool is now $50. ouch!

I have citizens bank. 2 locations in my area. Then last year one closed. Just atm. Then no more atm. Have to go to the other one across town now and a flyer on the door says it'll be closing for a few weeks for renovations soon. interesting timing

Thanks for the video. I have watched you before so today I subscribed. I have an MBA with a background in economics. Here in Fort Lauderdale stores keep disappearing. The trend is tearing down retail centers to build mega-priced high density housing. My business customers are feeling the pinch and complaining that they are running out of cash. Smart people are pulling back. As you mentioned, it's necessities only. I advised my daughter and her husband to get out of payments so I helped them buy two carefully selected cash cars with excellent service records. They have no credit card debt and a favorable low rate mortgage. I'm debt free and in cash cars. I think I'm well positioned but I see tougher times ahead.
