#3 Python Function Tutorial | How to Write a Python Function to Find the Length of a Word

In this video, I will show you how to write a python function that finds the length of a word. The function is called find_length and it takes a word as an argument. The function uses a for loop to iterate through each character in the word and increment a variable called length by one for each character. The function then returns the value of length as the result.

For example, if we call find_length with the word “python language” as an argument, it will return 15 as the output. This is because “python language” has 15 characters in total.
