Kings of Leon is amazing and so nostalgic to me. There songs especially Pyro I'm only 12 and when I was younger like 5 my mom would play this in the morning while she made breakfast we had a window in the kitchen that showed our backyard there used to be cats playing, birds chirping, and wind blowing the leaves of the tree. Everytime I listen to a kings of Leon song especially Pyro I feel like I'm at that point in time again.

My best friend took his own life this past September. He was the ying to my yang. We were both musicians and had played in a few bands together and also just together in general on acoustics doing our best to harmonize our voices until the sun came up. Those were the days I savored the most. Now it’s such a poignant feeling to listen to music in general as everything reminds me of him one way or another… especially Kings of Leon. They were one of his favs. I never listened to them much until after he passed. How bittersweet. I miss you Nick ❤️‍🩹

Of all their great songs this has got to be my favorite. Definitely their best album I listen to it beginning to end regular and I cant say many albums from anyone.
