Can we get a pledge from the DNC to not put their finger on the scale first?

I believe the original American political motto was, "We must, indeed, all hang together, or, most assuredly, we shall all hang separately." (Benjamin Franklin)

Good...a proper example of trying to unifying a group to get rid of a common enemy...an enemy to all the free world.

Let me offer words of wisdom to Democrats from a GREAT Republican:
"A house divided against itself cannot stand."
- President Abraham Lincoln

If the corrupt system of super delegates pick the nominee again and not the voters I will not vote for the democratic nominee.. The establishment needs to know there are millions of us who feel the same way..

Just be careful - don't fall into the same trap that led to Donald being the GOP nominee.
Thankfully, the big difference with Democrats is that they are focusing on progressive ideas that benefit We The People.

You can already see the beginning view of what the next Democratic administration will look like. They will pick a leader, (spokesperson), and make a fabulous team of cabinet and directors amongst them. Yay!

They also need to debate each other truthfully and respectfully to keep the door open for their voters to vote for another democratic candidate should they not win the nomination. Don't trash your opponent so bad that they won't vote for them!

Have your choice now, but everybody’s got a rally around the one at the very end.

What Mr. Levin is really saying is we must unite behind the candidate the DNC chooses. The primary debates will be just, but will the DNC again allow debates only on nights when viewers are less likely to watch so they can protect their annointed candidate ? 2016 showed the DNC does not support progressive values. Bernie or bust.

Without the need for this pledge, I have invariably done exactly what is being asked for here. I've done it all my adult voting life. This is not a brag, it's an expression of the notion that there is a recognizable movement in this country that I call the Right Wing and it's intent is to be opposed to, and to dismantle most of the policies and legislations enacted throughout the decades of the twentieth century that were nominally understood to be progressive in nature. This isn't about conservative versus liberal. I support candidates that support the concept that we can do better. That is a majority opinion here in America.

The right wing has taken complete control of the republican party at the state and national levels and this movement has set out to destroy the progressive nature of our country. If you want an identifiable enemy to our country, there it is. By the way, this is no time for any consideration of third party movements or candidates.
We need to be unified whether you take a pledge or not. I tend to think of pledges like this one as unnecessary but then Hillary Clinton would have benefited from a pledge like this from the Bernie people.
