That first item, which allows typing ans such could be used for wind instrument players to practice silently. Bagpipers have electronic chanters but they suck. They thing could be used for the same purpose. The current electronic bagpipe chanters don't work well with a lot of the longer embellishments, maybe that wrist thing would.
