Peak Fall Foliage along America's Most Scenic Byway - Kancamagus Highway 2022. We drove from Lincoln to Conway on the 34.5 mile scenic Kancamagus Highway in New Hampshire which cuts through the White Mountains National Forest and provides one of the best fall foliage views in the country.

Kancamagus Highway is now designated an American Scenic Byway for its rich history, aesthetic beauty and culture.

Our route on the Kancamagus Scenic Byway took us through a path cut through the White Mountain National Forest with breathtaking views of the White Mountains, the Swift River, Lincoln Woods Trailhead, Hancock Trailhead, Otter Rocks, Sabbaday Falls, and Rocky Gorge.

I want to thank you for sharing these stunning colors. I haven’t been able to take my annual drive to take pictures of fall colors for about 3 years. Between battling cancer and dealing with the COVID shutdown I just wasn’t able to get out. I didn’t realize how I missed doing that until you aired this program. I'm from California and I've always wanted to experience this type of fall! I'm actually thinking of going next year and I'm looking at videos to plan for an Autumn New England vacation. This is definitely on the bucket list for that trip. I'm planning on going for the second week of October so hopefully it's a good time to see those beautiful fall colors.

We were there a few days ago (October 12) and the colors were amazing, one of the better years. We took backroads from Burlington Vt to Conway NH. If that doesn't relax you then nothing on earth will. Thanks for sharing.
