How to Beat The Shade of Leonard the Easy Way

The Shade of Leonard kept kicking my stuff in and the internet didn't know an easy way to kill him. So I made one. I did this in the Regrowth modpack but you don't need any mods other than witchery to use this technique.

The biggest problem at the beginning seems to get Leonard to the End. I recommend getting infused with "spirit of otherwhere" beforehand. This way you can set a recall point (e.g. in the End) and just teleport him there before you attack him.

I'm realizing now you could probably just hit him a few times in the overworld then just run yourself through the end portals to cleanse his aggro off you. It probably isn't necessary to knock him into the end. I do like having him quarantined though.

there is a way to kill the spirits really quick if you have a thaumcraft wand with fire foci and how about demonsbane in gas form after you have this you can use his urn you got from him to make it a permanent potion and use it with your mystic branch right? seems like a really fast strategy.

Ok so I am doing it legit but when he gets down to 150 health he becomes big and takes like one damage. How would you even do it legit if he regens too quick? When he is big I hit him with my sword and it only does one damage so I was wondering what is the way to stop this from happening?

What is "demonbane"? I'm checking NEI in the Regrowth modpack and don't see anyhting under "demon", "bane", or "demonbane" matching the description you have cited. We've died about 30 times trying to kill this goon.
