I turned 18 when my now wife had a month until she turned 16. The amount of times I was sitting across the living room from her telling her to not touch me is hilarious now that I think back to it lol. She’d be 32 now and I miss her terribly.

My youngest hit a very bad patch right before graduation from high school.
I knew it was better that we took the time he needed and that graduating later was not important in the big scheme. In five years no one would remember when he graduated but we would all remember if he was no longer here.

He did graduate that year ( with 2 days to spare) and he is in a much better place 6 years later.

Life is not a rigid track, it is an ocean with, currents, waves, storms and winds ; always changing and always moving.
