Interested in exploring Tai Chi push hands but don't have a partner or feeling intimidated to begin? Try this SOLO push hands experience. Tai Chi is an internal martial art and to do the movements properly, your form needs to be able to withstand someone pushing and pulling at you everywhere, all the time, as you move. This is the push hands practice of Tai Chi. Even if you do not have a partner to practice Push Hands, there is plenty you can explore through solo exercises. In this video we will provide a safe space to put you through fear experiences where you will feel a loss of balance and teach you slight adjustments so you can respond with ease instead of stress.
