I would suggest a video that talks about MSP legal contracts (first steps) for future clients would be signing, examples of these contracts as well as templates that we can start from, as all business require a mature legally written contract. Contract ingredients like SLA’s, and business model flow, termination clause and how long you should require to fully terminate the relationship (30. 60, 90 days) and what entails the process of removing everything. As well as SLA’s types of SLA’s and what they look like and templates of them. Thank you.
