Story 2: Honestly? Screw Mike. The man's covering for a cheater. His girlfriend needs to know asap, as that is HUGE red flag behavior.

Story 1: You can ALWAYS tell when a person has NEVER worked a day in retail in their life. Whenever someone says “i don’t care that you’re on break, help me” they are 1000% an entitled karen.

It is always weird to me that cheaters only want the person they were in a relationship with again AFTER that person finds out and no longer wants them... Once THEY lose something, suddenly, it's desired again... sick behavior.

First story highlights one of the big reasons digital punch clocks are terrible for employees. Add to that how they can be set to automatically round your clock in/out times - literally theft, but the kind corporations are immune to consequences from.

Story 1: Yeah, tampering with people's break time is a big fat no-no. Dude really thought he could just delete a break time to make it look like OP refused service and fled while on the clock, but nope.

Regarding the last story; I don't know about anybody else but as soon as she said they shared a dog and wondered who would get the dog, all I could think was, "Get the dog. Get the dog. Get the dog...Phew! She got the dog."

Second story: personally I think that mikes girlfriend should also know, that Mike was covering for him. Because if Mike was covering for John who’s to say John wasn’t also covering for Mike?

Story 2: Before the update I thought he thought a proposal in las Vegas was cheesy or something along those lines, and wanted to make a better proposal so he backed down, but well... he's a pos.

*1st Story:* That manager put himself in a no-win situation the moment he deleted OP's punched-out break time. If he didn't restore it, he'd have to pay OP the time if they reported it to corporate.
