Bro cons bhi bta do.
1. It is prohibited to give your agricultural land to someone for farming in many states.
2. Tax exemption is only if agriculture is the sole source of income, or upto ₹5000
3. Price appreciation of the land is highly unlikely to be more than 4-5%. Some areas of Haryana are exception.
4. It will be difficult to do any construction as it will require too many permissions.

Bro we already have in panjab, 80 bheegha, becoz we are farmers. Vegetable for your plate, sugarcane for your drinks and sweets, weat for your rotti and bread etc, rice for your plate. And we earn not much, but we live like a king.

Correction, if you have other sources of income and then you make agri income, the later is then not exempted

If i rent somone else's land for farming and generate profit, landlord will not be taxed but will i as a farmer need to give tax?
As example i am a framer, but i dont do farming on my own land, i bought the land from landlord on a contract basis so is it tax free under any section of income tax?

Bro literally u will loose your land coz the Indian gov rules if the farmer who is currently doing farming on land is the owner of land he can any time push u out by claiming the land belongs to him tats the reason I left my 50 acre land unused for past 4 yrs we all know how goons are and u will loose your entire life by rounding to courts and at the end u loose ur land money time u will realize this at ur old age . Coz this things happened to my ancestral father . Till know we cannot claim our 200 acres of land as the direct infleluence of gov itself in this matter . Today every police officer is a goon as u know how daily hafta openly taking from shopkeepers and goes in the hand of mla and cm at one point . It's better to leave your land unused and visit weekly or monthly. Wat do think now 😊
