Tell me you didn’t watch DBZ without telling me you didn’t watch DBZ. The actions of the original timeline we know doesn’t affect other timelines, they’re all separate. Cell didn’t come from gokus timeline he came from a separate timeline where future trunks defeats the androids and he kills that trunks and steals the Time Machine so he can achieve his perfect form. Destroying the lab just prevents the cell in the original timeline from being born. We see that demonstrated after Trunks kills the androids of his timeline because he uses heat dome attack to kill his timelines cell.

I think goku would never archived ssj3. He said its way easier to reach in Afterlife. But if he never would have died, probably he would never reach this form

Goku definitely wouldn't of been able to harness ssj3 better than the original. The whole reason he was able to harness its power so well because of otherworld and his no need for energy

In this timeline his control over super Saiyan 3 would be worse than the original story
