This ended up being a GREAT lesson. I'm self-learning and was struggling through my textbook so I searched YouTube and found this. It wasn't until the 4th example where I started to understand how you get each element in the product. When you started phrasing it this way, everything suddenly clicked: "to get the '1st row 2nd column' element, you add products from the 1st row (pointing to matrix A) and 2nd column (pointing to matrix B)". I have been following you ever sense I started College Algebra and your lectures are amazing! I think you should start your own online school for math. Current online learning is bogus. You buy the book and the teacher assigns homework and its so inconvenient to ask for help. It's up to you to figure out how to do these problems with a combination of YouTube, google, and your book. This process is the same if you have any questions about your homework. You can either wait for a response from your teacher or you go online and figure out what your doing wrong. Hoverer, you could do these lectures then have a computer program or a phone app assign pre designated homework for the subject that the student is on and have the written technical way on how to do each problem (Like Khan Academy but with a chock board giving you the sensation of actually being in a class) at the bottom of the page. I would switch college in an instant if I found out you were one of the teachers giving lectures. Thank you so much for doing these videos. I have a hard time learning math by just reading the technical jargon or reading the process on how to do it. With your videos, you are able to communicate a smilingly complex subject and make it to where I can now understand it. It is also nice to have a pause and rewind button when I need you to explain it again ;).Thanks again!
