You can't sell your modified models on 3rd party marketplaces.
You are limited to using them in a product (game, animation, movie).

The license says it's "revocable". Doesn't that mean they can suddenly change their mind and make me pay for it if I use any of their models?

I have rigify that comes with blender 4, (0.6.9), when I select the CC base armature, the "generate rig" button is grayed out.
Any ideas?
