Does the immune system link childhood trauma to adult mental illness

It makes sense why I’m having health problems now, I experienced a lot childhood trauma.

I think it’s important to distinguish between those who experience childhood trauma and go untreated with those who are treated. Additionally, not everyone who suffers trauma in childhood is so affected by it. The case has been made by others that the establishment of a safe and stable environment available to those who suffer trauma prevents this reaction, while those who live in a perceived unsafe and unstable environment are far more likely to fall victim to adult mental illness. It’s being studied as CPTSD around the world, while the APA in America insists that it’s the same as PTSD suffered by soldiers and does not deserve a distinct diagnosis. I think the APA has a Capitalist motivation and is doing harm to millions because of it.

I now have MS, , an auto immune disease, and I wonder if it is related to abuse? I wonder if anyone else has ever heard of a correlation between the two?

I have an autoimmune disease (LADA (type 1.5 diabetes)) that developed when I was about 35. Neither side of my family has any history of autoimmune diseases, so I always wondered where it might have come from. Also anxiety, depression, low self esteem, no confidence, etc.

I hope we find more evidence for this, because I would love some payback for my emotionally abusive father (think I'll sue him).

Severe childhood abuse can cause such illness, there is not cure at least legal, antipsychotics have nasty effects like weight gain, last resort might be psychedelics which can heal PTSD and depression. We live in unhealthy culture which causes all sorts mental disorders. Even is western countries child domestic and school abuse is considered norm. Physical abuse impact is underrated and sexual overrated
