I always wanted to see the world, but never had the money to travel. When my children were small, I would often prepare dishes from different countries around the world as a way for us to explore and understand other cultures.

Not long ago, our grown daughter told me that eating these different cuisines sparked in her a curiosity about other countries. She’s been to several countries in Europe (including Spain) and in South America, and is now living temporarily in Australia, soon to return to the US.

Our son has a broader palate than most of his peers, and is slowly introducing his young family to different foods and flavors.

It’s so much fun to travel the world without leaving home, to plate up another county’s fare, listen to their tunes, and enjoy! Thanks for introducing me to Spain, Alberto. 🙏🏻

When it comes to potatoes I am all in. They are my favorite and will try every recipe. I love Spanish potatoes that I serve them with guess. When we have guests. Don't get down hearted to keep myself busy I bake, cook and sing. My friends enjoy the food delivered to them and so do I. Keep safe and well.
