You should try “Irish Potatoes”.... Begin by boiling them, keep boiling them, boil them some more, eat them

Gotta make this. I like that fact that it has a short ingredient list, with no hard-to-find ingredients; gracias.

It was one of my childhood dishes. Mum still cooks it. The only difference is garlic's skin peeled off. Sometimes she adds1 spoon red pepper puree. Forgot to say, I'm from Turkey.

In USA, all of the Spanish cuisine that I've seen has been very expensive. It's so great to see a everyday humble food from Spain. I'm going to make this!

My grandfather was born in Spain and I remember him making this for me when I was a child. He used a few different ingredients but it is basically the same.

I just love the simplicity of all of these recipes. The food is SO clean yet sooo flavorful and also so easy and so cheap. This is my go-to channel for when I know i want something to eat but I don't know what I want. LOL It honestly doesn't take long at all to whip up one of these delicious recipes. Although many of these recipes seem vegan already, the recipes that are not vegan are SO easy to make vegan. Spain on a Fork never disappoints. Additionally, I would love for you to know...in your honor, we are having a "Spain on a Fork" tapas party. Some friends and I will enjoy your cuisine and have a great time.

I love it when I find vegan dishes from other countries than my own. Thank you! 👍🤗🇩🇪

The best and most iconic dishes are "poor man's" dishes. One of the simplest and most enjoyable ways to discover foreign cultures.

The first time I ate them was in Granada in 1977. Phenomenal dish. I'll probably make them this weekend.
