3 months since the start of the pandemic in Russia. It seemed like it started just yesterday. Wow. So many changes since then...

I'm walking through a Russian shopping mall today. Barely any people, empty stores, McDonald's alive and well, no customers, first victims - some stores moved out.

These are dark times and strange days.

Thank you for this video tour. Here in Minneapolis Minnesota USA we see the same thing happen. Stores are open but many businesses have failed because no customers during shut down. Some people wear masks in public but not everyone will wear a mask. Our national holiday - Independence Day also called 4th of July - has been cancelled. Many states will not have a celebration. Some cities where rioters and protestors have been protesting will have no police forces on 4th of July. Anything can happen on the 4th of July. These are very strange times. All is back to usual in Moscow. Very few are wearing masks now. But cafes still don't have as many sitting places as before.

People also know that if you hang out in a herd there is a good possibility of infection, just common sense.

Feel so sorry for all the shop owners who are losing their investment, a lot of them won, t recover from this disaster ! The same thing is happening here in Alberta .

I was sad to hear that Abdul Nurmagomedov died from complications of Corona at only 57. We just had a 41 yr old Broadway actor die in the US from Coroana, Nick Cordero. It's hard to hear about details of younger people who died from it unless they get in the news by being famous.
